SHIPPING POLICY
We ship using a variety of couriers for both national and international shipments. Due to couriers processing and shipping times, please be sure to select the best shipping method for your delivery needs. Shipping is FOB and it is the responsibility of the recipient to pick-up all packages. Any missing items should be reported directly to the courier and a claim should be filed immediately. Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to track your shipment and its progress online. If you have a registered customer account, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account, followed by selecting your Order Number.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Before we can ship your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep all delays to a minimum and get your shipment out to you as soon as possible.
Our delivery processing time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour business (Monday thru Friday excluding US holidays) period where your items will be picked and packed by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our high volume sales periods and may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be packed and shipped. In addition, we work closely with our shipping partner(s) to minimize the potential impact of custom delays for our international customers.
